Fifteen years of that in Bali. I ran one of the island’s major real estate agencies, then as President Director and shareholder of Mirah Investment and Development, a company that went from twenty five people to over seven hundred, I oversaw more than $250m in property transactions, delivered five developments and launched eight property and hospitality brands.
Today I split my time between the UK and Indonesia, working cross-border deals for people who need them done properly. I am not an agent working a commission. I am the person you bring in to tell you the truth about a deal, and then to make it work. I only put my name to what I would put my own money into.
